Silent Letter 'T, U & W'

Letter T

बहुत सारे सामान्य शब्दों में अक्षर 't' अनुच्चरित रहता है जैसे ' ballet' में। जब हम तेजी से बात करते हैं तो शब्दों में 't' अक्षर का धीरे से उच्चारण किया जाता है जैसे ' Christmas' में।

The letter 't' remains silent in a lot of common words, like 'ballet'. When we talk, fast 't' is lightly pronounced in words like 'Christmas'.

Letter U

शब्द में अक्षर 'u' अनुच्चरित रहता है जब यह अक्षर 'g' के बाद vowel से पहले आता है।

The letter 'u' remains silent in a word when it comes after the letter 'g' and before a vowel.

Letter W

अक्षर 'w' अनुच्चरित रहता है जब यह शब्द के आरंभ में हो और इसके तुरंत बाद 'r' आए। अक्षर 'w' कुछ शब्दों के बीच में आने पर भी silent रहता है।

The letter 'w' remains silent when it comes at the beginning of a word, and the letter 'r' comes immediately after it. Letter 'w' remains silent in a particular word even when it comes in between of a word.
