Preposition of Place

At - पर, में
इसका उपयोग किसी विशेष स्थान या आसपास के छोटे स्थान को इंगित करने के लिए किया जाता है।	It is used to indicate a particular location or small place in the vicinity.
हम इंडिया गेट पर हैं।	We are at India Gate.
सगाई समारोह उसके घर पर है।	The engagement ceremony is at her home.
केशव मुझसे मेट्रो स्टेशन पर मिले थे।	Keshav met me at the metro station.
वह बस स्टॉप पर खड़ी थी।	She was standing at the bus stop.
At' और 'In' का संबंध - जब एक वाक्य में बड़ी और छोटी जगह दिखाई जाती है, तो हम 'In' का उपयोग बड़े स्थान से पहले और छोटे स्थान से पहले 'At' करते हैं।	The relation of 'At' and 'In' - when a big and small place is shown in a sentence, we use 'In' before bigger location and 'At' for small location.
वह आनंद में रहती है।	She lives in Anand.
वह गुजरात के आनंद में रहती हैं।	She live at Anand in Gujarat.
वह भारत में गुजरात में रहती हैं।	She live at Gujarat in India.
ईमेल address के माध्यम से कुछ पूछना।	Asking for something via Email addresses.
क्या आप मुझे xyz12@millo.com पर रिपोर्ट मेल कर सकते हैं?	Can you mail me the report at Xyz12@millo.com?
तुरंत मुझे abc@def.com पर रिपोर्ट मेल करें I	Immediately mail me the report at abc@def.com.

Upon - पर, ऊपर
उपर परंतु गति की अवस्था में 'upon' का प्रयोग किया जाता है।	Above but in the state of motion 'upon' is used.
बिल्ली मेज पर कूद गई।	The cat jumped upon the table.
वह जल्द ही एक अच्छी योजना बना लेगा	She will hit upon a nice plan soon.
इसका प्रयोग कुछ करने या कुछ होने के तुरंत बाद किया जाता है।	It is used immediately after doing something or after something happens.
वह अपनी शादी के तुरंत बाद अमेरिका चली गईं।	She went to America immediately upon her marriage.
मामले में उसकी संलिप्तता की खबर प्रसारित होने पर, उसने शीर्ष अधिवक्ताओं की एक टीम को काम पर रखा।	Upon airing the news of her involvement in the case, she hired a team of top advocates.
यह दिखाने के लिए प्रयोग किया जाता है कि कुछ होने वाला है।	It is used to show that something is going to happen.
नवरात्रि महोत्सव लगभग आने वाली है।	Navratri Mahotsav is almost upon us.
हमारा फ्लैट तैयार है। भुगतान की व्यवस्था करें क्योंकि अंतिम किस्त अब हम आने वाली है।	Our flat is ready. Arrange payment because the last instalment is upon us now.
On' के स्थान पर, हम इन शब्दों के साथ 'Upon' का उपयोग करते हैं: insist, depend, experience, congratulate, happen.	In place of 'On', we use 'Upon' with these words: insist, depend, experience, congratulate, happen.
आपका भविष्य आपकी मेहनत पर निर्भर करता है।	Your future depends upon your hard work.
उसने रविवार को एक बैठक को ठीक करने पर जोर दिया।	She insisted upon to fix a meeting on Sunday.
