Correct Use of Some Adjectives

Some, Any: आमतौर पर 'Some' का प्रयोग मात्रा या डिग्री को व्यक्त करने के लिए सकारात्मक वाक्यों में किया जाता है, और 'Any' का उपयोग नकारात्मक या पूछताछ के वाक्यों में किया जाता है। Usually 'Some' is used in affirmative sentences to express quantity or degree, and 'Any' is used in negative or interrogative sentences.
आमतौर पर 'Some' का प्रयोग मात्रा या डिग्री को व्यक्त करने के लिए सकारात्मक वाक्यों में किया जाता है, और 'Any' का उपयोग नकारात्मक या पूछताछ के वाक्यों में किया जाता है। Usually 'Some' is used in affirmative sentences to express quantity or degree, and 'Any' is used in negative or interrogative sentences.
उसने उसे कुछ पैसे दिए हैं। He has given her some money.
क्या आपके पास अंक ज्योतिष पर कोई किताब है? Have you any book on numerology?
हमारे पास कुछ खाना है। We have some food.
संदेह व्यक्त करने वाले सकारात्मक वाक्य और Scarcely/hardly/barely शब्द के साथ सकारात्मक वाक्यों में, हम 'Any' का उपयोग करते हैं 'Some' नहीं। In positive sentences expressing doubt and in the positive sentences with the word Scarcely / hardly / barely, we use 'Any' not 'Some'.
वह अब मुश्किल से किसी भी झटके को सहन कर सकती है। She can barely bear any shock.
अगर आपको कोई समस्या है तो मुझे कॉल करें। Call me if you have any problems.
Not any/No any - नकारात्मक वाक्यों में, हम 'Any' से पहले 'not' का उपयोग करते हैं, अर्थात 'not any'। 'no any' का प्रयोग गलत है। Not any/No any - In negative sentences, we use 'not' before 'Any,' i.e. 'not any'. Use of 'no any' is incorrect.
उसके पास कोई पैसा नहीं है। She has not any money.
पूछताछ के वाक्यों में, हम 'some और any' दोनों का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, लेकिन जब कोई अनुरोध या आदेश होता है, या हम एक सकारात्मक जवाब की उम्मीद करते हैं, तो 'some' का उपयोग किया जाता है। In interrogative sentences, we can use both 'some and any' but when there is a request or command, or we expect an affirmative answer, then 'some' is used.
क्या मग में कोई / कुछ पानी है? Is there any/some water in the jug?
क्या आप मुझे थोड़ा दूध देंगे? Will you please give me some milk?
Each, Every, Either and Neither: हम हमेशा Each/Every/Either/Neither के साथ एकवचन संज्ञा और एकवचन क्रिया का उपयोग करते हैं। We always use singular noun and singular verb with Each/Every/Either/Neither.
प्रत्येक छात्र वर्दी में है। Each student is in uniform.
हर छात्र वर्दी में है। Every student is in uniform.
आप इन (दोनो) विधियों में से किसी का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। You can use either method.
(दोनों में से) कोई रास्ता आसान नही है। Neither way is easy.
जब बहुवचन संख्यात्मक विशेषण (पांच / दस / बीस) 'Every' के बाद आता है, संज्ञा को भी बहुवचन होना चाहिए। When the plural numeric adjective (five/ten/twenty) comes after 'Every', the noun must also be plural.
वह हर छह घंटे में दवा लेती है। She takes medicine every six hours.
