Present Perfect Continuous Tense - Interrogative And Interrogative-Negative की हिन्दी में पहचान: वाक्यों के अन्त में 'रहा है', 'रही है', 'रहे हैं' का प्रयोग होता है। प्रश्नात्मक वाक्य के आरंभ में 'क्या' का प्रयोग आवश्यक है और प्रश्नात्मक-नकारात्मक वाक्य में शुरू में 'क्या' के साथ वाक्य में 'नही' का प्रयोग भी आवश्यक है। Present Perfect Continuous Tense का उपयोग उस कार्य को व्यक्त करने के लिए किया जाता है जो भूतकाल में शुरु हुआ हो, अभी तक चल रहा है और भविष्य में भी जारी रहेगा। इसमें लगातार समय का आना भी आवश्यक है।
प्रश्नात्मक वाक्य - 'Has/Have' से शुरु होता है, 'Ing' को मुख्य क्रिया की फर्स्ट फॉर्म के साथ जोड़ते हैं और इसमें लगातार समय को दर्शाने के लिए 'since/for' का उपयोग करते हैं। प्रश्नात्मक और नकारात्मक वाक्य - 'Has/Have' से शुरु होता है। 'Not' को 'Been' से पहले लगाते हैं। वाक्य के अन्त में फुल स्टाप (.) के स्थान पर प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह (?) लगाया जाता है। दोनो प्रकार के वाक्य के अन्त में फुल स्टाप (.) के स्थान पर प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह (?) लगाया जाता है।

Present Perfect Continuous Tense is used to express work that has started in the past, is still ongoing and will continue in the future. Continuous-time must come in the sentence.
Interrogative sentence - Starts with Has/Have. Interrogative and Negative sentence -Starts with Has/Have, 'Not' is added before 'Been', In both type of sentences, 'Ing' is added with the first form of Verb, 'since/for' is used to denote continuous time and Question Mark (?) is affixed at the end of the sentence in place of Full Stop (.).

Rules of Present Perfect Continuous Tense -Interrogative And Interrogative-Negative

Look at these sentences:

क्या मैं एक घंटे से अपना समय व्यर्थ कर रहा हूँ?	Have I been wasting my time for an hour?
क्या वह भोपाल में पांच सालों से रह रहा है?	Has he been living in Bhopal for five years?
क्या हम सुबह 6 बजे से इस पुस्तक को नही पढ़ रहे हैं?	Have we not been reading this book since 6 AM?
क्या तुम्हारा भाई 2009 से चीनी का व्यापार नही कर रहा है?	Has your brother not been dealing in sugar business since 2009?
क्या वह दोपहर 2 बजे से पतंग उड़ा रही है?	Has she been flying a kite since 2 PM?
क्या वह शाम से अख़बार नहीं पढ़ रहा है?	Has he not been reading the newspaper since evening?
क्या एक लड़का उन्हें दो घंटे से देख रहा है?	Has one boy been watching them for two hours?
क्या आप 2016 से इस कार्यालय में काम कर रहे हैं?	Have you been working in this office since 2016?
क्या बंदर पिछले कुछ मिनटों से पेड़ की शाखाओं पर नहीं कूद रहे हैं?	Have the monkeys not been jumping on the branches of the tree for the last few minutes?
क्या तुम अपने बच्चों पर उनके जन्म से ध्यान नहीं दे रहे हो?	Have you not been paying attention to your children since their birth?
क्या मैं पिछले चार महीनों से विनिर्माण व्यवसाय में अपना समय बर्बाद कर रहा हूं?	Have I been wasting my time in the manufacturing business for the last four months?
क्या आज सुबह से बारिश नहीं हो रही है?	Has it not been raining today since morning?
