Difference between 'Very and Too'

Very	Too
शब्द 'Very' का शाब्दिक अर्थ 'बहुत' है।	शब्द 'Too' का शाब्दिक अर्थ है - उतना जितना नही होना चाहिए / जरूरत से ज्यादा।
The word 'very' literally means a lot.	The word 'too' literally means more than desirable/more than enough.
इसका उपयोग सकारात्मक अर्थों में किया जाता है और यह तथ्य / गुणवत्ता पर जोर देता है।	इसका उपयोग नकारात्मक अर्थों में किया जाता है और यह इस बात पर ज़ोर देता है कि तथ्य या गुणवत्ता उतनी है जितनी नही होनी चाहिए.
It is used in a positive sense and it emphasizes the fact/quality.	It is used in a negative sense and it emphasizes that the fact or quality is not as it should be.

Let's understand the difference with an example:

डॉक्टर पूछते हैं: आपका स्वास्थ्य कैसा है? राज जवाब देता है: मैं बहुत अच्छा हूं।	Doctor asks: How is your health? Raj Replies: I am too good.
जवाब में राज अज्ञानता में कह रहा है: वह इतना अच्छा है जितना उसे नहीं होना चाहिए। राज ऐसा मतलब कभी भी नही सोचेंगे। उसका जवाब होना चाहिए था कि वह बहुत अच्छा है।	In the reply, Raj is ignorantly saying: He is so good that he should not be. Raj never would like to mean it. He should have thought to reply that he is very good.
Note: Too से दोष का बोध होता है गुण का नही।	Note: 'Too' is a sense of flaw and not of quality.
वह बहुत विनम्र थी। (बहुत विनम्र का मतलब है कि वह सम्मानजनक व्यवहार दिखा रही थी।)	She was very polite. (very polite means she was showing respectful behaviour.)
वह बहुत विनम्र थी। (बहुत विनम्र का मतलब है कि वह वांछित सीमा से अधिक विनम्र थी, और इस तरह का व्यवहार नकारात्मक माना जाता है।)	She was too polite. (Too polite means that she was more polite than desired, and such behavior is considered negative.)
हम सब बहुत थके हुए थे। (बहुत थके थे लेकिन फिर भी कुछ और कर सकते थे)	We all were very tired. (very tired but still maybe can do something more.)
हम सब बहुत अधिक थके हुए थे। (बहुत अधिक थक गये, वाक्य में यह भावना है की, अब और कुछ नही कर सकता, आराम की जरूरत है।)	We were too tired. (Too tired, there is sense of finallity in the sentence, cannot move anymore, needs rest.)
