Causative Verbs : Get vs Have

क्या तुमने अपना रोल नंबर फिर से चेक करवाया?	Did you have your roll number re-checked?
क्या तुमने अपना रोल नंबर फिर से चेक करवा लिया?	Did you get your Roll Number re-checked?
हमारे कार्यालय में पांच कंप्यूटर स्थापित होंगे।	We will have five computers installed in our office.
हमें अपने कार्यालय में पांच कंप्यूटर स्थापित मिलेंगे।	We will get five computers installed in our office.
आपको अपने दोस्त द्वारा निवेश करने के लिए इतना पैसा नहीं मिलेगा।	You won't get this much money to invest by your friend.
हमने दिवाली पर अपना घर सजाया था।	We had our house decorated on Diwali.
हमने दिवाली पर अपना घर सजवाया।	We got our house decorated on Diwali.
प्रबंधक रिसेप्शनिस्ट से सभी नियुक्तियों की पुनः पुष्टि करवाएगा।	The Manager will have the receptionist reconfirm all the appointments.
प्रबंधक सभी नियुक्तियों की पुन: पुष्टि रिसेप्शनिस्ट से करवाएगा।	The Manager will get the receptionist to reconfirm all the appointments.

जब हम यह कहना चाहते हैं कि हम किसी के साथ कुछ होने नहीं देंगे, तो हम 'Have' का उपयोग करते हैं।

When we want to say that we will not allow something to happen to someone/something, we use ‘Have’.

Let's look at the following example:-

मैं उसे किसी के द्वारा भी शोषित नही होने दूंगा।	I won't have anyone exploit her.
मैं किसी भी स्थिति में अपनी प्रतिष्ठा को दाग नही लगने दूंगा।	I won't have my reputation tarnished under any circumstances.

हम आमतौर पर अनौपचारिक बोलचाल में 'Have' के बजाय 'Get' का उपयोग करते हैं।

We usually use ‘Get’ instead of ‘Have’ in informal speech.

Let's look at the following example:-

मैं उसे उसके गृह नगर में नियुक्त करवा दूंगा।	I will get her posted in her home town.
अव्यन को उसके केक का हिस्सा अवश्य मिलना चाहिये।	Avyan must get his share of the cake.
