No Article - Zero Article
हम हर जगह आर्टिकल का उपयोग नहीं करते हैं। इसे समझने के लिए निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों को देखें, जहां हम किसी भी आर्टिकल का उपयोग नहीं करते हैं:
We do not use articles everywhere. To understand this, look at the following situations where we do not use any article:
| 1 | हम school, college, church, prison से पहले Article का उपयोग नहीं करते हैं जब वहां जाने का उद्देश्य वही होता है जिसके लिए वह था या इसका निर्माण किया गया था। | We do not use Articles before school, college, church, prison when the purpose of going there is the same for which it was meant for or constructed. |
| Examples: I go to college daily. (purpose-study), I go to bed. (purpose-sleep), She went to church on Sunday. (purpose-prayer) | ||
| 2 | हम शब्द - Appoint, made, nominate, elect, declare के बाद आने वाले नाउन से पहले 'आर्टिकल' का प्रयोग नही करते हैं। | We do not use Articles before a noun which comes after these words - appoint, made, nominate, elect, declare |
| Examples: He is elected MP., He made him finance in charge., Viraat will be declared captain of the Indian team. | ||
| 3 | हम शब्द - Lunch, dinner, breakfast से पहले सामान्यतः 'आर्टिकल' का उपयोग नहीं करते हैं। | We do not use Articles before the words - lunch, dinner, breakfast. |
| Examples: I invited him to dinner., I had my breakfast., I shall have lunch at 2 pm. | ||
| 4 | हम बीमारी, भाषा, रंग के नाम से पहले 'आर्टिकल' का प्रयोग नहीं करते हैं। | We do not use Articles before the name of Disease, Language & Colours. |
| Examples: She died of dengue fever., I can speak English., She likes pink colour. If the colour is used as an adjective, then Article is used e.g. She always keeps a red pen., She has a green saree. | ||
| 5 | हम प्लुरल नाउन से पहले आर्टिकल का प्रयोग तब नही करते जब वह किसी वर्ग को व्यक्त करता है। | We do not use Articles before a plural noun when it refers to a class. |
| Examples: Doctors are normally humble. Teachers are strict towards students. Working women are normally over-stressed. | ||
| 6 | हम उन shops, banks, hotels, churchs से पहले आर्टिकल का उपयोग नही करते जो उन व्यक्तियों के नाम से जुड़े होते है जिन्होनें उन्हें शुरू किया। | We do not use Articles before shops, banks, hotels, churchs which are affiliated with the name of persons who started them. |
| Examples: Raymonds (shop), McDonalds, Subway, Lloyds bank, St Paul's Cathedral. | ||
| 7 | हम कंपनियों के नाम के साथ भी Article का प्रयोग नहीं करते हैं। | We do not use Articles with the name of companies. |
| Examples: Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Maruti, Colgate, Sony, Samsung. | ||
| 8 | हम Article का प्रयोग नहीं करते जब सुपरलेटिव डिग्री से पूर्व यदि My, His, Her जैसे Possessive Pronoun आ जाए। | We do not use Artcile when possessive pronouns - My, His, Her comes before the superlative degree |
| Examples: She is my best friend., She is her best classmate., I am her dearest friend. | ||
| 9 | हम उन इमारतों और संस्थानों के नाम से पहले Articles का उपयोग नहीं करते हैं जो दो शब्दों से बने होते हैं और उन शब्दों में से एक व्यक्ति या स्थान का होता है। | We do not use articles before the names of buildings and institutions that are made up of two words and one of those words is of a person or place. |
| Examples: Victoria station, Indira Gandhi Airport, Chhatrapati Shiva jee Stadium. | ||
