Superlative Degree to Comparative Degree
Superlative Degree : Vartika is the best student in her class. वर्तिका अपनी कक्षा की सर्वश्रेष्ठ छात्रा है।
Comparative Degree : Vartika is better than any other students in her class. वर्तिका अपनी कक्षा के किसी भी अन्य छात्रों से बेहतर है।
Superlative Degree : Mayank is not the most obedient boy. मयंक सबसे आज्ञाकारी लड़का नहीं है।
Comparative Degree : Mayank is not more obedient than some other boys. मयंक कुछ अन्य लड़कों की तुलना में अधिक आज्ञाकारी नहीं है।
Rule :- Superlative डिग्री को Comparative डिग्री में बदलने का नियम:
Subject + Verb + Comparative Degree + than + any other / some other / most other + remaining (.)
Note :-
1. Negative वाक्य negative ही रहता है और पॉज़िटिव वाक्य पॉज़िटिव ही रहता है।
2. Positive वाक्य में 'any other' का प्रयोग होता है और Negative वाक्य में 'some other' का प्रयोग होता है।
3. Superlative के 'one of the...' वाले वाक्य में 'most other' का प्रयोग होता है।

| वह सबसे तेज तैराक था। | वह किसी भी अन्य तैराक की तुलना में तेज़ था। |
| He was not the most wanted criminal. | He was not wanted more than some other criminal. |
| वह मोस्ट वांटेड अपराधी नहीं था। | वह किसी अन्य अपराधी से ज्यादा वांछित नहीं था। |
| Ashoka was one of the greatest kings of the world. | Ashoka was greater than most other kings of the world. |
| अशोक दुनिया के महान राजाओं में से एक था। | अशोक दुनिया के अधिकांश अन्य राजाओं से महान था। |
| Samar is not one of the tallest boys of his class. | Samar is not taller than most other boys of his class. |
| समर अपनी कक्षा के सबसे लंबे लड़कों में से एक नहीं है। | समर अपनी कक्षा के अधिकांश अन्य लड़कों की तुलना में लंबा नहीं है। |
| Mona is not one of the most beautiful girl in her school. | Mona is no more beautiful than some of the other girls in her school. |
| मोना अपने स्कूल की सबसे खूबसूरत लड़की नहीं है। | मोना अपने स्कूल की कुछ अन्य लड़कियों से ज्यादा खूबसूरत नहीं है। |
| Mona is not one of the most beautiful girl in her school. | Mona is less beautiful than some of the other girls in her school. |
| मोना अपने स्कूल की सबसे खूबसूरत लड़की नहीं है। | मोना अपने स्कूल की कुछ अन्य लड़कियों से कम सुंदर है। |
| Mona is not one of the most beautiful girl in her school. | Some of the other girls in her class are more beautiful than Mona. |
| मोना अपने स्कूल की सबसे खूबसूरत लड़की नहीं है। | उसकी कक्षा की कुछ अन्य लड़कियाँ मोना से अधिक सुंदर हैं। |
